Situations can quickly become complicated and at times, it can be challenging to determine what the best course of action is.
I specialize in managing complex cases which can mean exploration of accommodations, assistance with substance use disorders or mental health concerns. Cases might be sensitive because it involves management, executives or HR personnel. Unionized environments can be challenging with respect to labour relations issues blended with medical concerns. |
